Making a Deposit

To reserve space for any of our offerings, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you have any questions or need to discuss exceptions, please contact us directly.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to account for the various costs associated with organizing and preparing your adventure. These costs include but are not limited to: gear rental, food purchases, space rentals, time spent planning the trip, and the opportunity cost of not being able to book other customers. Below are our detailed cancellation and refund policies for each of our offerings:

  • Full Refund:

    • You can receive a full refund (minus any booking fees) if you cancel 21 days or more before the tour date

  • Partial Refund:

    • 50% refund if you cancel 14 days before the tour date
    • 20% refund if you cancel 7 days before the tour date

  • Transfer Policy:

    • You can transfer your booking to a different date if you cancel during the full refund period
    • During the partial refund period, you can transfer the remaining balance as credit towards a future purchase

  • Partial Refund:

    • 50% refund if you cancel 14 days before the tour date

Travel Protection

We strongly recommend that you protect yourself, your belongings, and your trip through the purchase of a travel protection plan. These type of plans can cover non-refundable payments for cancellations due to a variety of reasons. Research and choose a plan that best fits your needs. This is recommended for larger party bookings of our Overnight Tour.

Reasonable changes in itinerary may be made for the comfort and well-being of participants, including cancellations due to factors like water fluctuation and insufficient bookings. Prices and dates are subject to change without notice.
